Pure cow ghee helps in anti-ageing, raises the beauty and
purifies the blood. The diseases like paralysis and Asthma are also controlled
by clarified butter. Some people are
using ghee for weight loss also.
Cow Ghee is often used for religious purposes. During sacrifices
(yagya) ghee is poured into Agni. Krishna in Bhagwat Geeta said” whatever
material is used to perform sacrifices is me”. Only cow’s ghee should be used
for auspicious occasions.
Desi
ghee is regarded as symbol of wealth, prosperity and health of a
family. Adulterated ghee contains oils and other chemicals which can be very
harmful to human health.
Pure
Cow Ghee is known as a substance that gives longevity and it has
the quality of softness that is used in Ayurvedic Panchkarma treatments such as
Netra Basti.
Uses Of Desi Ghee:
Desi Gay ka ghee (देसी गाय घी) Ghee should always
be consumed with only hot item.
As food, Desi Ghee made from indigenous
breed of cow, from pure and fresh milk by traditional standards with pure
smell and Indian taste with purity. Pure clarified
butter is the most traditional item to served with various types of rice
dish. Pure Cow Ghee enhances
the style of food.
