What Is Pure Cow Ghee? – Why Pure Clarified Butter Is Costlier?

There are a lot people that don’t know the benefit of pure ghee of cow of indigenous breed. This pure ghee is also a vitamin, and fat supplier. The modern research has proven reality that clarified butter obtained from indigenous breeds of cow’s milk is healthy.
If pure cow ghee prepared with Traditional process then it becomes spiritually energized with positive energy. Thus purity of clarified butter is most important for our healthy life.
There are many criteria works to prepare pure cow ghee with medicinal value. Firstly cow should take natural grazing so with this, the cow will exercise and it will get natural food. Secondly there should not be use any hormone to increase milk production.

Traditional Process to Manufacture Pure Clarified Butter

First of all take cow’s fresh milk and boil it at low temperature for a few minutes. Now let it cool down a bit. Now add a little bit curd into it and put it at cool place. After some hour it will become curd. Now this curd is hand churned in clay vessel using wooden churner.
Now separate butter from butter milk and heated it in iron vessel to get ghee or clarified butter. Every step has its own reason and deep philosophy behind it. These typical vessels and churner add positive energies as compared to neoteric automated metallic machines that overheating of ingredients and thus that loss of nutrition value along with positive energy.

Cost Calculation for Pure Clarified Butter

There is 27-28 Liter cow’s milk is require for making 1kg pure ghee and there is 50 Rs/Liter cost for milk of cow which take natural grazing.
So total cost of cow’s milk is 28 X 50 = Rs.1400/-

Additional Expenses for Making Pure Ghee:

Labor charges, Heating charges, Electricity charges, Packing material charges, Vessels & Equipment cleaning and maintenance charges, Transportation charges.

Now everyone can easily estimate the actual rating of this pure clarified butter. The ghee available in the market which costs around 4 to 5 hundred per liter is actually not pure.
